I stopped by this afternoon, hoping to find some mums. To my delight, they had a LOT! It was the perfect gift for a client on my way to their home in Gouldsboro. Such a great spot!

This is the best place to get your produce in the world! I would say “the county,” but that wouldn’t be doing justice to Hancock farms. Truly the best stone fruit, the best lettuce, the most deliciously fresh berries that I have ever eaten. Don’t go anyplace else! We drive an hour and it’s more than worth it. Plus, they treat my Boston terrier to a heroes welcome each time, with treats and affection. The absolute most delightful farm stand you could imagine. They even have good pie. It’s A must!!!

The people at Simmons Hancock farms are some of the best and most helpful in the state. They have some of the best varieties for all your garden needs and the most beautiful selection of flowers to spruce your place up for season. Simons Hancock farms assists our organization in beautifying our downtown. Each year in early spring the crew at Simons start the flowers from seed in their state-of-the-art greenhouses. When the weather turns warm they carefully place the pots on Main Street and the flower boxes on the Union River bridge welcoming visitors to our downtown and for residents to enjoy on a daily basis all summer! Simons support of our community beautification is second to none and the crew is an absolute pleasure to work with!

They have a small selection of veggies and then some other products like jams, bread, cheese, and meat. We were very surprised that none of the staff were wearing masks or social distancing.

Simons is a Summer favorite for us. Everything is fresh, locally grown, and simply delicious. From their fruits to their vegetables, organic meats, and fresh bread, its perfect in my book. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

the plants are always beautiful and reasonably priced. I have been coming here for years as I always know I will get nice quality plants and fresh produce.
