Got a nail in the tire 450 miles from home, needed a fix before getting back on the highway. Gave these guys a call and they got me in and out in 30 minutes. Super friendly staff.

What amazing customer service! He was unable to help me himself, but gave me several referrals to other people. The world of business should be filled with people such as this gentleman! Positive words for the competition! Amazing!

I went in with my family yesterday looking to buy a car for the first time! We had Ryan Pickard help us. Such a nice guy! He helped us find just the car I was looking for, was very patient, and did his best to get us the best deal possible! We're very very happy! Thank you!

Just purchased our car from Ryan Pickard and he was a dream to work with! We submitted an inquiry on a vehicle on Saturday evening and first thing Monday morning he was in touch, unfortunately the vehicle we were interested in had sold but Ryan asked what we were looking for and what type of payment we wanted and he was able to provide a few different options, I expressed some interest in one of the cars he had mentioned that was in the Bangor location and he had it brought right to Ellsworth, by the time I was off work for the day he had an approval all ready to go. He let me test drive the car and bring it home to show my boyfriend. He had a no pressure sales approach and was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had. He listened to what we wanted and kept us in the loop every step of the way. It was such a quick and easy process, and there was none of the usual car buying stress. We will definitely be repeat customers.

I found Right Way online & gave them a shot because of their stellar reviews & I'm SO glad I did. Rick is fantastic to deal with, very knowledgeable and doesn't pull any punches, and he's always good for a laugh. Diagnostics are quick and thorough and repairs are done promptly. This is absolutely my go-to repair shop now, I would recommend to everybody

found this dealership in a Google search and am extremely satisfied with my experience, all of my expectations were exceeded! I had been going to my Cadillac dealership previously for repairs and was upset with the extremely high costs and the subpar level of customer service and car repairs. Immediately upon calling Right Way Auto I knew I was in good hands. Rick answered all of my questions and was very informative and accommodating. I had several issues that needed diagnos

This review is specific to Linnehan's Auto Repair and Tire shop. We full time RV and we spent time at Schoodic Institute, Acadia National Park for an internship and hosting. I purchased a 1998 Durango as a second vehicle. Maine inspections can be pretty crazy because the manual leaves a lot of decisions up to the opinion of the inspector. (Google the Maine inspection manual and read it). Many shops don't do inspections anymore because they take a lot of time and the state does not pay the shop much. So the shops make their money by failing cars and basically forcing consumers to get work done - needed or not. I asked a park mechanic if he could recommend a shop. The mechanic stated when he does not have time to fix his own vehicles or cannot fix them, he always takes his vehicles to Linnehan's. For a mechanic to say that, it's a big deal. I went with his recommendation. The people working there were very nice. It is a separate building a few miles away from their main dealership. I had no appointment. I told them I needed a cherry bomb muffler replaced with something quieter, there was a check engine light on for a fuel vapor pump code, and check everything because it was a new vehicle to me and I needed an inspection. He said he could not get to it for a week and that was fine with me. I said I could leave it and they could get to it when they could. About 4 business days after I dropped it off (not counting a three day holiday weekend), I received a call stating they put the muffler on and he was not concerned about the check engine light for the inspection because it was emission related - not safety related and this part of Maine does not have emissions testing. He told me I did need a suspension part. The Durango is very solid with a lot of work done but my son and I already did some work with the steering but noticed some other things would need replacement eventually. To summarize, they replaced the loud cherry bomb muffler with a stock, quiet one and replaced the drag link and did the inspection and it was only $360.00. He said I could replace the emission part but it would not affect how the truck ran and plastic fuel vapor pump was over $250.00. I told him I found it online for less and I would eventually do it. If you read the Maine state inspection manual, there are so many things that are up to the opinion/discretion of the inspector, especially when it comes to rust. I have a little rust on one of my rockers and it passed inspection last year but I was told any inspector could fail the car if they felt like it. That is the way the inspection manual is written. I work on my own vehicles most of the time but I think they would frown on me doing major repairs on my vehicle in a national park without 50 oil spill containment pads at the ready. I would definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone. If I can't do it myself, this is where I'd go and I'd probably drive hours to do so. Give them plenty of time to work on the vehicle or make an appointment. I did not buy any tires and I cannot speak for their auto sales, however, if I needed tires, I'd probably go to them and see what they can do for me. And if I needed a car, I might tell them to keep an eye out for a specific model for me or occasionally browse their inventory. You don't find many places that do this. Instead of screwing a flyby customer for all they can, they treat everybody fairly and they reap the rewards by having customers return over and over - and hopefully benefit from referrals such as I got. If you see any bad reviews, they are probably from someone who is better suited for a Pep Boys or Walmart experience or should just take their stuff to the dealership and pay a premium.
