“The staff is super friendly & helpful. I had quite a few Amazon returns and I was coming in at the last minute before they closed (a little before 6:00) and they were super cheerful friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to walk me through the Amazon app to find the QR codes and gave me a deal on packaging things up and all in all a stressful situation was less stressful. Shout out to Joel.”

“I am a FedEx delivery driver.. I work for a contractor. As for the hub itself and how they treat thier employees I would look else where for a job. They are hard on these people for what time they have to go in and how much product they have to move. The pay they get is not worth putting up with that kind of behavior from thier management teams.”

“Thank you to the Brewer post office, the only post office that actually answers their phone and is willing to listen and help you!The National phone tree had no options that were anywhere close to my problem. No matter how hard I tried, there was no option that allowed me to speak with a human being leaving me very frustrated.As a last resort I just started calling random post offices and only Brewer actually answered their phone. “We have had our share of disappointing deliveries over the past few years. But I had to give credit where it is due - I believe the UPS driver in the Newburgh, ME area must have WALKED down our very long driveway (apprx 1/3 of a mile) yesterday, a driveway that was washed out due to a storm almost a week ago, to deliver a package at our front door! We have him on video, and no UPS truck in sight. Thank you UPS driver!”
