I needed to replace a muffler on my F-150 that I had bought more than 5 years previously. At first I was told that the warranty had exspired and they offered to sell at their cost but when I returned to pick up the new muffler they had researched and found that the warranty was good and gave me a free replacement.Thank you Gary!
