Worst Dollar General in the area. Very limited refrigerated and frozen food selection. Also nonexistent customer service. I had a whole hand basket worth of groceries and went to the register.Stood at register for over 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged my existence so I just left the basket at the checkout and went to the Dollar General in Hermon.

I went into dollar general today w my grandmother. Paula was extremely rude. We asked if the green dot on the products were on sale. She looks at us rolled her eyes and goes “if you don’t see a sign anywhere that says it’s on sale then it’s not on sale.” She needs a hospitality class. Extremely disrespectful!!!

Great leadership and staff! I am in the store often and always impressed by this team! They all pitch in and it’s very impressive to watch them work so cohesively! In this declining workforce these ladies work their hearts out to deliver the products off the shelf people need.Each time I go into the store I am greeted warmly and asked if I need help even considering how much work they have to do.Hats off the Georgia for leading a great team!!!

I like what the store has to offer and the prices are great. Unfortunately they do not have any handicapped electric scooters for customers with mobility disabilities. There is no law in Maine requiring electric carts in stores and businesses but I feel having at least one available would allow people with mobility disabilities the ability to shop safely in your stores. I gave only 2 stars because I cannot get around to shop without the assistance of an electric store cart so I cannot shop there. Dollar General stores should have at least one battery operated riding cart to help your mobility disabled customers.
