I had business sweatshirts made at this business, I had bought the sweatshirts ahead of time and brought the. To Brandy for embroidery. I had used Brandy years ago too, when she worked out of a garage next to her home. Both experiences were fabulous. Very fair pricing and I have recommended her several times . This was a Christmas order and although she had many to go, she still took mine on and had it done way ahead of time. Very satisfied and thankful I chose her for the job! Thanks Brandywine graphics for a job well done !

Brandi has done work for our non profit search and rescue on a few occasions. Her pricing has been fair and her prints were of better quality than what I purchased from sticker mule. I would highly recommend Brandywine graphics for all your clothing, signs, sticker printing needs.

Fair pricing but absolutely horrible customer service. I have never dealt with a small business owner that was so rude, unreasonable and plain old too arrogant to admit fault and rectify an error. Ordered business t-shirts in June 2020 and when I got home I realized that 10 of the 20 shirts in the box were sizes we did not order. I double checked our email trail before contacting the owner to make sure the error was not on my end which it was not. Emailed the business right away to make her aware of what I had found. I called the business the next day and initially spoke with Brandie's mother who also works there. This women was also incredibly rude and argued with me that we did in fact receive the correct order, that the error was on our end and she didn't know what I expected them to do. I tried to explain that I had the emailed order in front of me and read it off to this women and then told her that the invoice that was in the box of shirts wasn't even accurate as it had two errors on it as well indicating certain shirt sizes were in the box that were not. Another female then picked up the phone and rudely said, "yeah". I asked who I was speaking with and the female stated, "what" and asked what I wanted. I asked if I was speaking with Brandie and she rudely replied, "this is the owner, what?!" I clarified it was Brandie I was speaking with and then tried to explain what was going on but she wanted to argue with me and tell me she didn't know what I was talking about as she claimed she made the shirts we ordered. Brandie told me that she checked the email and that the order was correct and she didn't know where I got the email I was talking about from as they never received this. During this conversation Brandie was slurring her speech and it was difficult at times to understand her as it sounded like she was intoxicated. This phone call took place at approximately 10 am on a Tuesday morning. Also, while speaking with Brandie, her mother was in the background also listening to the call and making comments while her and Brandie were speaking to each other as I was trying to talk to Brandie to fix this situation. After explaining several times that we did not receive what we ordered and that it was unfair to make a customer pay for her error and that her invoicing was even incorrect Brandie told me the company the shirts came from must have messed up the order as she does not check the shirts when they come in but rather just starts the screen print process. Brandie eventually agreed to take back the 10 shirts we did not order and make us the 10 we did. Later in the day I found an email from Brandie that stated she checked her email and she had completed the order as we had asked and she attached an email order to her response but this order was from Aug 12, 2019. I replied to clear up any remaining confusion and advised her this email was from the prior year and that this past order was for 30 shirts of various sizes and our current order was for 20 shirts of 3 sizes with one of those sizes being new as we had not got any of these last year. I reminded her that this new size was in the recent order along with 20 shirts so I was unsure were her confusion was from because she obviously had seen this years order to know we wanted that new size and just 20 shirts. I then attached the email trail that showed the June 2020 order along with all of her responses as well. This was sent to her on the 16th and on the 19th we received an email from Brandie stating she changed her mind and was not going to fix the order like she had agreed to. She stated we did not see eye to eye and suggested we part ways. This is absolutely absurd as she has chosen to not fix her error because she can't handle the fact that she messed up an order and is asked to be accountable and fix it. Ironically, Brandie had no problem cashing the check we wrote to her and then tell us she wasn't coming good on her end. This is bad business and just shady. Absolute worst I have ever been treat

I have dealt with many Graphics shops over the years with different companies I have owned, sports teams and community events. Brandi is the real deal. From initial contact through design of a logo and the finish product she is ON TOP OF IT! I have never seen such a rapid turn around time, or had an artist so in sync a client. She has designed 3 different logo's for me from scratch and I constantly receive compliments! The quality of her work is only eclipsed by the honest pricing and rapid turn around. As a small business owner return customers are more than just paycheck they are a friend. Brandi is that kind of small business owner and perhaps why I like her so much and have switched all my accounts over to her. Give her a call you will be very impressed

Great pricing. Great service. Have used her business twice now. She has done multiple t-shirts for two fundraisers we've had. And was spot on with everything. Quantity and sizes were exactly what we ordered. She was responsive to any and all emails we had. And very pleasant to speak to in person. The turnaround time for our orders we're well less than a week once she started. Quality of the prints was perfect! Will most definitely go back to her for any future printing needs.

We used Brandie for a large event. Not only did she help us with our logo, process a large t-shirt order, sweatshirts and decals, but also designed a beautiful banner! Great service! Great product! We get compliments everytime we wear our shirts!
