Hands down my favorite studio. I always feel safe, zen and supported in my practice here. The space is inviting and beautiful.

About The River Studio
The River Studio offers a beautiful space to explore a variety of healing arts practices, including dance, yoga, and meditation. Entering the studio you experience the spaciousness of the vaulted ceiling, warmth of the heated bamboo floor, and spectacular view overlooking meditative gardens and the Kennebec River. Classes are offered by and registered through individual instructors. Weekly, monthly and special events are welcome! Rentals are available.
