I started seeing Shirley when physical therapy was greatly needed. She help me tremendously in knowing how much I could do even when I didn't. When therapy was again needed I couldn't see myself going anywhere else. I am looking forward to the positive help I know I will get with Shirley.

I love this physical therapy center. Shirley and her team of experts are very accommodating, pleasant and helpful with any pain and/or mobility issues. Recent hip pain sent me to Functional Fitness and Physical Therapy and this team had me feeling less pain on the first visit and pain free in less than two weeks. I've also started personal training and enjoy it tremendously. The facility is clean, bright and inviting. I highly recommend this agency and it's superior staff.

I was originally referred to Shirley from a colleague and she was great helping me resolve my issue. Now I go once a week for overall training and fitness and have seen remarkable improvement in my strength and balance. Belly button in?....YES! We have fun along the way too so it keeps me going back.

Miriam is an excellent instructor and leads the workout through demonstration while insuring that the client is maintaining proper form. She focuses on functional activities designed to strengthen one's core muscles. Sessions are designed to progress from exercise to exercise without pause, providing some cardiac work in addition to resistance training. Highly recommend!
