I have a now 10 month old going to stepping stones and can honestly say they listen to what our needs are, communicate, and so helpful when there are concerns. My little one is breastfed and it was not easy trying to get use to daycare once I went back to work. They made me feel so comfortable dropping him off and sending pictures throughout the day. I can message anytime to see how he is doing and always get a reply. I think my favorite thing of stepping stones is I walk in to smiles and eagerness to help out or answer any questions, BUT MOST OF ALL my little guy gets so excited to see his teachers and friends. May I also add, their curriculum for the littles is just adorable, I love all the artwork I get to bring home ?? Definitely recommend stepping stones for families who are returning to work and worried about that transition.

I gave this learning center 5 stars because it doesn’t let me give them 10 stars.I truly don’t feel the negative comments are valid, sounds more like they didn’t pay their bills to the center and were probably asked to leave.I have never had a negative experience, my children have been attending Stepping Stones for 5 years up to 5 days a week. They do so much with my kids! Everyday is something new and fun, with field trips in the summer and theme days in the winter..Do yourself a favor and take a tour! Private driveway, huge new facility with cameras inside and out, personal key codes to get in and out for security. They use an app to communicate which is so helpful if you have multiple children. Consistently updating equipment and toys. The management is really committed to providing a safe and loving environment. I truly appreciate the staff and the wonderful communication we have. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for amazing childcare

I pulled my child today after she has been bitten by the same child 3 times since February of 2022. This last time she was bitten they did not even inform me of the incident. I called to ask how the same child has been able to bite my child 3 times in 5 months and was met with hostility from the owners daughter who runs it. The teacher had told me the child's mother was unwilling to work with the daycare to provide supports for the child. The owners daughter told me I would need to pay for the 2 weeks infill not be sending my daughter as they require 2 weeks notice. When the safety of my child is jeopardized I will not be paying. This place is horrible. And I should have listened to the other reviews

I believe this Early Learning center is very expensive and I believe the staff are truly The Mean Girls. I believe If your not part of their inner social circle then expect to be treated differently. The staff is known to pick and choose their favorite kiddos I have heard. I believe that it should be a last priority to consider and proper research should be conducted before considering this “DAYCARE”. Believe in science-not politics, Covid 19 still exists and please remember that when it comes to your children, a daycare and it’s staff.

I pulled my child from this center in approximately 2013/14 after arriving early to pick up my child, walking into the baby room and catching the teacher (at the time Michelle) yelling at the babies/infants. I tried to speak to the owner Amanda about it and she didn't care to hear about what I witnessed with my own two eyes. My child didn't go back there after that day. Over the last 7/8 years I never got a bill never a call, nothing.Fast forward to 2021, they get a collection agency and start sending me collection letters for some insane amount claiming I didn't pay for the week I caught the babies getting verbally abused or for the 2 week notice they require for pulling your child. I called Amanda to discuss the bill since this is the first I've gotten anything, I don't know anyone that would leave their child in an abusive environment or pay for such sub par/abusive childcare (and I use that term loosely). Again she refused to acknowledge the fact that I witnessed BABIES being verbally abused by her worker and when I recommended she restructure the way she does business and billing she cut me off just to yell that maybe I should pay my bills. Haha she won't see a dime of mine and I recommend others find a different place for their child because she doesn't care about anything except for her pockets getting lined.

Unsafe, unreliable, very rude staff would not recommend. Took my child out after she was only there 5 days.

My children have officially been going to stepping stones for a year now. They absolutely love them and being there. I couldn't ask for better staff to work with my children. They are more caring then i expected. I drop my children off smiling looking forward to the day with no fears or worry's of their safety. I pick them up still smiling with the story's of the day they had and asking if they have daycare tomorrow. They ask every morning if they have daycare and seeing there teachers and friends. Thank you Mandy and all your staff for everything you do for my boys. We truly love you guys

Not a place to go if you care about your infant and toddlers. They provide access to cameras that you can pay for to watch your kids, which is nice. But what you mostly see, are people sitting around on their phones most of the day. Also they don't seem to really care who's binki belongs to who's child because I picked my daughter up multiple times with some other kids binki in her mouth, which then lead to my two month old getting sick and having diarrhea. They also don't keep track of who's diapers belong to who and on more than one occasion put another child's diapers on my child, which was also two sizes two large. My 2 month old would come home with her hair full of dirt and stuff stuck to her face. I'm unsure if they don't have enough staffing or staffing that can actually do a proper job, but regardless I am very displeased with this place and would not recommend them to anyone with and infant or toddler looking for care. Also be sure to give them a two week notice before canceling for your child because they charge you for those two weeks if not.

The "cat piss smell" could have just been Eva's upper lip. I have never smelt anything less than amazing scentsy smells in that building.

My grandchildren attend daycare here at Stepping Stones and I love how much they do with them during the summer months and all the special things they do for the holidays with the children. They even made a beautiful cardinal gift for me out of my grandchildren's hands because the teachers knew how special cardinals are to me. They love all of the children and take the time to get to know each of their families personally, it shows in the things that they do with the children.

Awful, Awful, Awful!! Host of issues!!! Smells like cat pee as soon as you walk in. If you do go here, it is hard not to notice TRASHED there office is! Buckle infants into car seats for naps and let them cry then self to sleep in an isolated room with no air conditionin!!! Attitude from owner Amanda Leclerc when addressing this issue although it was not my child, very UNPROFESSIONAL response, saying it lightly. There are only TWO teachers that my children or i ever recognize or know any of their names. One is a good teacher (Mrs. Chris), the other Mrs jess and the owner Mrs Mandi are very rude and my two toddlers tell me Mrs Jess is "the meanest teacher there" one of the newer employees expressed how awful the the staff is treated. When seeking new child care, EVERY provider i spoke with was not suprised at all about my experiences with Stepping Stones, heard many bad things about them. I wish I would have been warned before I put up with them for 10 long months.

Do not bring your children here, they have two infractions on their record and do not keep the place clean. They have mold (even black mold) in numerous places around the place and don't treat it. Places like the bathrooms that the kids use, the kitchen areas and even the play areas. They treat their employees terribly and will fire anyone for no good reason. Their turnover rate is ridiculous and management treats all complaints as unnecessary and won't listen to reason. They don't take care of their driveway during the winter and I have seen numerous kids and almost some parents fall because of it. They have a dirt road that dips down from Sawyer Rd that becomes a muddy death trap for anyone needing to go pick up/drop off their kids and they don't seem to care for the hazards of it!There are many more issues with this place, but just go to other daycares nearby and in better standings with both the Department of Labor and DHHS! Just take my advice and stay away from this hellhole. If this place was a restaurant, Gordon Ramsay would have shut this place down in no time!
