The people who work inside are always nice but whoever delivers my mail often chooses not to deliver even when the tracking says out for delivery in the morning. We pay to have things delivered on specific days but for whatever reason, they choose not to deliver for whatever reason. It's maddening.

Whoever does delivery, always fakes “delivery attempt”. This keeps happening where there was NO attempt, but whoever is supposed to be delivering is apparently too lazy to drop the package at the door- and labels it as “attempted”. (None of my packages need signatures, and they’re all small. )

Its very rare that I give a negative review. But I've been dealing with this for almost 5 years now. I live within .5 miles of the USPS. I can clearly see that they receive my package and that's it's out for delivery. Almost always I get a notification that it has been delivered. It's scarcely actually delivered, and it is frustrating beond belief. If you can, avoid all contract shipping with USPS, it will waste your companys money for a dissatisfied customer, will incure more return/missing item claims then any other shipper in this area. I'm pretty forgiving and most places get 3-5 stars from me but this is completely unacceptable. My first and hopefully last 1 star review. If you have the choice, ship UPS or FedEx to Maine.

Managed to screw up delivering my package (that I needed *TODAY*). Notification of which was received AFTER THEY'D CLOSED. Classic USPS experience.

Tracking says delivered but 5 days after it said delivered it still wasn’t. Drove to the post office and they said they had it and apologized then said it would be delivered next day. Wasn’t delivered. I have had numerous issues with not getting our mail/packages. If I had an option not to use the gray usps I would totally switch to another mail service immediately.(I know everyone is low staffed) Low staffing is not an excuse for choosing when and when not to deliver. Tracking on packages should not be checked off as delivered at mailbox when they clearly haven’t been delivered. I’m very disappointed in this service.

If I could give this post office a minus 5 I would. The person who delivers North Raymond road is worthless. To lazy to drive down our private road to deliver our package 2 days in a row. Witch I paid for next day shipping for. This happens all the time! US postal service is the worst. Stick to letters and leave the packages to the people we can rely on Like UPS or FedEx

Couldn't deliver package due to Road construction in front of my house. Left no notification. Now the 23 of August supposed to be delivered the 9th of August . Supposed to redelivet package the 21st ,nothing. Now it can be picked up at post office just found out today. I think delivery guy holds onto undelivered packages until claimed if no he takes it

Do not leave items in your mail box to be picked up, on multiple occasions usps has either stolen or thrown out the package. Gray usps should not be in business. They strap things to the mail box or just jam it in. I once got a note from the mailman saying he didn't want to drive up the driveway to pick up a package that was to big to fit in the mail box. Lazy and theifs.

For 4 days been trying to call post office, no one answers!! Tried calling USPS help, no live person, tried to filed a complaint but web site freezes!! Package tracking says it was delivered Feb 15th, but never was. Even left note at box, still no reply!! This has been an on going issue for 2 years. Where is my package!!
