I’ve been using this pharmacy for years, never had any problems, but recently they completely let me down. I was put on a new medication after suffering a small stroke. I picked my prescription up twice with no problems. On my third time they informed me that they don’t take my insurance so I needed to pay full price, over $100. Apparently they knew this from the beginning, knew I could only get 2 before they denied me, but never bothered to tell me. The girl even showed me the note that pops up on the system reminding them to inform the customer. Now I’m scrambling to get my meds, and I’m going to have to go without for a week. All because they couldn’t be bothered to tell me two months ago when I picked up the first one, or a month ago when I got the second one. Seriously, it’s that hard to inform the customer, even with the reminder the system provides? It just shows a lack of professionalism in their staff.

I avoid this Hannaford at all cost. It's a nice store but the customer service is awful! The workers are miserable and act so put out to have to interact with customers. Very rude staff.

I was having a problem with refilling my medication-back and forth from the docts. office to pharmacy because the directions were not written correctly + insurance would not cover it (what a mess).During my last conversation I was lucky enough to speak with Autumn who took the time to call my docts. office and straitened everything out. She even called me back to let me know it was all taken care of and when my prescription would be ready for pick up. Great customer service is hard to find these days and for this I am grateful.Thank you

Cashier 0120 was too busy talking to even say hello, plus she was talking with her bagger the entire time I was checking out. I had to interrupt their conversation to tell them I had a case of water. They were so rude! The manager came over and told them they need to work and not talk, and talk to me, but they basically said they don’t want to, and continued to talk to each other. I usually don’t mind, but they were obnoxious. They acted as if I wasn’t there.

I love this pharmacy! The team is amazing, so helpful and pleasant. The pharmacist Jen is very knowledgeable and always answers all of my questions with a smile on her face. She is also the best shot giver I have ever had!

Went in Christmas eve at 5:01 pm and the pharmacist would not even entertain giving me my elderly mother's medication since they close at 5pm. He was very rude. This was why we got our medication here since it was more personal. Very very disappointing!

In town to get my prescription and I have to wait 30 minutes for the pharmacist. Makes no sense. My prescription has been ready for more than a day. Get your stuff together Hannaford. Back to Rite Aid.
