It was very nice to see different animals. The only downfall is I wish they had strollers or wagons to rent. My son was absent exhausting from walking. Other than that it was fun

Dr. Lucas and staff are attentive and care about your pet. My appointments have always been timely and I feel they really listen to what we need. We recently lost one of our beloved pets and the care Dr. Lucas provided to not only my sweet Bodie, but to our entire family made us feel supported throughout the process.

My cat recently has become quite sick and in trying to find someone local to look at her as soon as possible, this place told me they had an available opening, but then turned me away since she wasn't an active patient with them.
Update: She died. But thanks for the response.

Treated my pup so well. Like it waa their own. Was done a lot sooner than expected which worked out great for me. He could have stayed reguardless. Great people. Very friendly. 10/10

Easy to get to and very friendly staff. Got an appointment when it worked for me and they were right on time. Got the dog neutered (sorry about that my furry friend!) with no complications.

Great practice!
I switched here after my previous vet was bought out by a larger corporation and it became clear that their priority became their bottom line. Tired of being blindsided by hundreds of dollars of extra expenses, I switched to Gray Animal Center and met with Dr. Lucas. It’s clear that she is extremely knowledgeable about pet health and pharmaceuticals and provides simple, effective solutions. I saved over $200 on my annual visit by switching here, for the same vaccines for 2 large dogs, without compromising on their care.
With two senior dogs on an array of medications, another huge seller for me is that they work with online pharmacies and even have their own available. I’m so relieved to not have to pick up scripts in person in order to snail mail to my pharmacy like my last vet made me do.
I’m so happy I switched!
