I was able to walk in and get an appointment for 45 minutes later. Not speaking for Fonda's policy but that was my experience. I really wanted my hair cut. I like my hair on the long side but am wash and wear, and if I'm doing a physical activity, I like to wear a pony tail. Fonda listened to me and gave me a nice haircut that I could still have a pony tail without straggling hair. Fonda is very personable and listens to her clients. I am sure if someone wants something more elaborate, Fonda will go above and beyond to deliver the hairstyle and results desired, and the overall experience will be uplifting.

I have super curly hair and it's a pain to manage as I usually end up putting it in a ponytail. At Christmas I got a gift certificate here to get my hair relaxed and trimmed. Fonda is amazing and has a wonderful bubbly upbeat personality! Being a newbie in Maine it was awesome to be welcomed as a local and was so friendly! Before I received a gift certificate here I was searching salons who relax hair or do keratin treatments, I had no luck with finding any below $200 starting price! For the whole service it was under $90 and I have very very very thick curly hair and usually end up in a salon with of Hispanic/African descent because they are experts in curly thick hair. I've been to salons who charge me a maintenance fee for having curly hair and ending up costing a few hundred dollars. I would and will go back!
