Customer service is poor. Second time I have been there and had to wait for someone to come to the counter to checkout. Today was the topper, I was walking to the counter the guy who had been behind the counter sees me and walks out the door. I waited about 10 minutes calling out, is someone working the checkout counter, finally I left my stuff on the counter and walked out.

Everything you need, all in one stop. From a missing bolt, bird seed, plants, tools, grills, or a snowblower, if they don't have it, you probably don't need it! And every time I find myself wandering the aisles looking for something, a staff member always, ALWAYS, asks if I need help finding something! 5 stars!!

The entire staff, led by longtime employee and manager Ron Crosby, are all very courteous, friendly, helpful, and professional. We have been customers for 49 years and every visit has been good.
