This is the only pharmacy that has consistently messed up my wife's prescriptions at least every 3rd time I have gone here. One of these times the pharmacist started complaining to me that I was picking up last minute, after I had waited for an hour to fill a script they said was ready. And then they told me they didn't even carry one of the medications. Absolutely God awful at supporting the people who need these services

Store #19692 Horrible, Horrible Drive Through. Some weeks I go without getting my medications. The drive through is out in the back away from the store itself and has an old 25 year old intercom and display. The display always fails to be on or is broken. Pushing the 'call button' seems to do nothing as I wait and wait (10 minutes or more) not knowing if anyone got the msg I was waiting... I usually just have to drive away w/ no meds. Very poor operation, and reflects on poor management period as they have been notified and nothing is don to fix or make better. Zero Stars and now I have been forced to change to another pharmacy. Just a sad operation.

Don’t bother calling this pharmacy to ask if they have prescriptions in stock. They are unprofessional and won’t give out any information. Waste of your time and would never do business with them!

Charlie, the pharmacist, is amazing. I usually pick up my prescription at a different Walgreens location and every month I run into issues. I had to transfer my script to the Gorham location and Charlie actually explained the issues to me and treated me like a human being. I now know how to fix these issues for my next refill so I don't have to struggle every month. No one at the other location has ever explained anything - they just shoo me away.I have heard it's tough out there for Pharmacists right now, so I never really judged my experience at the other location. I feel for them. But it was really refreshing to feel like this man genuinely wants to help people in this career.Thank you, Charlie!

Terrible customer service compared to other Walgreens's I've experienced. Moving my business to Hannafords like the rest of my family has. Too bad because I've been a loyal customer for decades. The inconsistent hours of operation and now with the poor customer service I have experienced. I'm gone!

I used this pharmacy to pcr test for Covid. I had read all the negative reviews, so I was concerned about using them. I was able to test and get results. I was aware of the “tone” in the voice coming thru the screen. At first I was tempted to dis this place too, except for one thing. These are hard times. Everyone is stressed, overworked, maybe not even happy to be at work. So…..I’m retired. I get it. I remember how that all felt and luckily wasn’t dealing with all we are today. So all in all, everything went well. Thank you to the person behind the screen who helped me. I appreciate you and all that you did to help me.

This is store is so poorly run it should be an embarrassment but seems to be accepted as the normal. Check out lanes may appear opened but usually aren't and the staff tends to wait until you've placed your things done before telling you. Small detail but so frustrating when it happens every other visit. Pharmacy Staff can be rude at times as well

for some reason I’ve never been able to pick up my meds on time at this location. It always takes more than two medication refill requests for the pharmacy to even notice it. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue or lack of employees willing to do their job, but it’s becoming quite obnoxious and reliably unreliable. Will be switching to CVS as this has been happening for months.

scheduled a covid-19 vaccine booster. the day before someone called and said I had to reschedule, so I did. when I showed up for that appt., the pharmacy was closed without any explanation

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Rude people working. They close sporadically leaving you unable to fill necessary prescriptions.what kind of pharmacy closes three days a week?!? Avoid avoid void.
