I'm an independent owner operator, I broke down in Fairfield, Maine. The office was very nice to deal with over the phone and Carl made short time getting to me. He got my truck all hooked up and charged a fair price. I would definitely use them again. Great service!

Decent towing company that seems to find a way to make more cash than the service they provide. Good for an emergency, and a bill. Not great for being forthcoming with details related to charges. The representative that I had to work with on the phone: amazing. She was kind, patient and considerate.

My elderly husband was stuck on a dirt road in Gorham during this last snowstorm. Every towing company I called wasn't willing to help him. But Carl at Phillips and Sons was. He was on a call at the time but offered to come by as soon as he could. Luckily in the mean time my husband was able to get a neighbor on the road to pull him out. But I'm still grateful that Carl was willing to help him when no one else would

My daughter was locked out of her car at USM Gorham in the pouring rain. Even though they were shorthanded, they sent a guy out right away to help her out. He was there in 15 minutes. He skipped his lunch break to help her out! Definitely recommend!

I am a truck driver for an excavation company out of Gorham. My truck for work suffered a break down in Bar Mills in a less-than-idea spot by the old green bridge. Carl came by in his International wrecker and made quick work hooking up the dump truck and towing it back to safety. He is a professional with an old school work ethic that deserves every bit of respect he has worked for. He was more than willing to go above and beyond for us, and from what I was told by my boss, has towed for our company in the past before. Andy helped me diagnose a clogged windshield drain on my car. I stopped by and he showed me exactly what was wrong and even how to fix it myself. They also have a very friendly dog at the shop.
