“My wife and I were very much in need for a new mattress and bed frame for us, and each of our two children. Bedworks was the first place we looked and we were very impressed with their product line and customer service. We didn't have to look any further. Janet was very helpful, took great care of us and made the experience very smooth and enjoyable. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and certainly not pushy salespeople. Another great part of this, we ordered the beds on a Friday, and they delivered them the very next Monday! “Purchased new loveseat and couch, after a few weeks medical issues prevented my wife from being comfortable with furniture. Sid from the Furniture Gallery relayed the issue to management. They waived the 30% restock fee and we picked out a different set that was more comfortable for her. Highly recommend as Sid went over and above to make sure we were happy customers. “These folks are the best when it comes to shopping locally for appliances, and just good people to deal with, period! Delivery has always been on-time and efficient, with in-house drivers who use the right equipment to move stuff, and such. Overall, we've gotten some great deals from our sales reps; they do their very best to match Big-Box store prices. And even if their prices are a bit higher, the quality of service and peace of mind when it comes to delivery is worth the extra penny.... I think that's gonna be it for our appliance shopping for awhile. However, if we ever need any future replacements, Dunnett's will be there for us...!!! :D”

“Great bed, terrible after sales service. Service call for kinked hose impacting left side of bed. Store unhelpful but national customer service was great and sent a new hose and scheduled a service call. Took 30 days for service call. Classic service call mistakes: technicians did not come with masks, we provided; one technician reeked of cologne, we had to air out the house for 20 minutes (in winter!) after they left; completed the repair but never tested, we did after they left; left a huge coil of hose on the floor on the right side, didn’t attach back to the frame; supervisor complained about having to be on the call on a snowy Friday. Basically other than they replaced the hose the entire experience was very disappointing. If your going to spend a crazy amount on a bed the after sale service should be MUCH more professional.Update. After talking to a very knowledgeable person at sleepnumber customer service she realized they sent the wrong part which the contract techs installed even though they knew it was not correct. Actual sleep number tech came three weeks later and he and his assistant correctly replaced all the hoses and added clips to keep the hoses correctly attached to the frame. All done in 15 minutes. Very pleased with the real techs and their commitment to the brand.”
