We do home remodelación, and we get to throw away tons of washer, dryers and fridges that still in good shape or some people show up to buy them for part, I’m wondering if you guys at Mark buy any used appliances? We normally get minimum 2 daily. Sometimes they run great and costumer just want new ones or something they don’t work at all.

Aside from his providing me with a clothes washing machine in great shape, quickly and efficiently installed when I was in need, what I liked best about Mark was how he communicated. Mark communicates well, responds right away and provides the information one needs in order to make purchasing decisions. I highly recommend Mark's services.

I needed a better refrigerator and knew EXACTLY who to call...Mark's Appliances.It's beautiful!! It's 6 yrs old, but looks BRAND NEW!!Mark delivered the refrigerator, but with his great work ethic and genuine care for his customers, he re-calibrated my clothes washer and switch the water hoses that had been put on backwards. AND...Mark replaced the dryer cord on my dryer.He did not charge me one red cent for all the "extras" he took care of for me!!I've never had anyone in business (except my Dad) go above and beyond what's typical than Mark Bolduc, Owner of Mark's Appliances.He has set the standard for excellence in business and customer service.On a scale of 1 to 100, I'd rate Mark's Appliances 99.9 as NOONE is perfect!!

I went to Mark's to look for a used washer-dryer. I found one for a good price and, paying a little extra, Mark brought it to my apartment in Bangor, installed it and left it working perfectly. I am very grateful because he was the best choice for purchasing good quality used appliances in Bangor/Orono. And on top of everything, the purchase included a warranty and service for six months!!Until now, the machines continue to work perfectly.Yes, call ahead! The address given by Google Maps is not correct and you will need Mark's directions to get to his location!!

I made my 1st purchase with Mark's around 4 months ago. We purchased a washer. We then asked him to keep his eyes out for a freezer, which he did and called us soon as he had one come in. Last week our washer started to make really loud squeaking noises and was transferring oil stains to our clothing. We called Mark's back up and he asked us to bring it in. We did and without question just let us exchange it for another washer he had in stock, which happened to be the exact model we just dropped off. I couldn't be more impressed with the service we received.

Address is a house with no signage. Calls went voice mail.UPDATE: Owner did answer my review, saying they were on vacation.Sir, I think it would be very helpful to say on your voicemail message that you will be unavailable until "such date and time". Also, maybe you could have a sign by the entrance you want customers to use, identifying it as such.Anyway, I ended up buying a washer and dryer at Home Depot when my 13 year old LG front loader washer died and was deemed unfixable, and the matching dryer was on its way out.thank you for replying. I will try you again when the need arises. Cory

Mark is amazing. I'm a single mom and he helped get me the right washer back in September. Here it is 7 months later and he still remembers us, as I had to call about getting a new dryer. Within an hour or so he was loading one up in our vehicle. Thank you Mark.

Very poor experience. Came in my houseto do burner adjustments that should have been done at delivery while I was not home and without appointment or approval, at his convenience instead of 2 days later at scheduled appointment! Caused me PTSD reaction to violation as my animals could have gotten loose. Next oven was making dangerous sound and not igniting correctly. Scheduled appointment, arrives an hour late, gives back initial cost of stove, took stove AND flexible cord that he replaced copper line with instead of looking at situation with oven and adjusting. Very unprofessional AND unpredictable. Am grateful to be done with him even at loss of delivery and installation charge and replacing hook up flexible hose. Demeanor was nasty.
