“This the first place I checked when the washing machine would not drain. I took it apart and brought in the drain pump. Andy cleaned it, tested it, and it worked in the shop. There was a lot of goop. When I put it back in, it worked! Andy saved me $250 replacement part. It’s a great place for off the grid appliances as well. What a pleasant experience. Thanks. I would give 6 stars if possible.”

“These folks are the best when it comes to shopping locally for appliances, and just good people to deal with, period! Delivery has always been on-time and efficient, with in-house drivers who use the right equipment to move stuff, and such. Overall, we've gotten some great deals from our sales reps; they do their very best to match Big-Box store prices. And even if their prices are a bit higher, the quality of service and peace of mind when it comes to delivery is worth the extra penny.... I think that's gonna be it for our appliance shopping for awhile. However, if we ever need any future replacements, Dunnett's will be there for us...!!! :D”

“It was a very easy process to start an account online. We ordered a beautiful puzzle couch, and approved to buy much more. We'd like to pay the couch off first before starting anything else but the ease is nice. The delivery took some time, but it's a couch so that was expected. If you are looking for something sooner I'd say go into the store. Yes, the price is more in the long run but the convenience is worth. They come and set everything up, will fix or replace with ease. I watched the guys deliver from my ring cam and they did an amazing, fast job. It was icy and wet and cold, and on the 2nd floor and it still only took them 15 minutes. I would recommend Aaron's because we don't always have money for big purchases and they give you that freedom to do so. Some of the reviews are saying that the guys were rude at the Bangor store, please remember when you're going into a store with attitude anywhere, they don't have to take it and expect what you give in return. If you call or go in yelling, expect to be yelled at. Just my two cents. Thank you Aaron's for allowing us to have this beautiful couch and trusting us to pay, we won't let you down!”
