“WOW!! That's all I can say...they went above and beyond. Shipped delicate antique lamps (and barbies) from Maine to California. Arrived in perfect condition and packaged like an art handler. As one review said "Bob should be hired as the manager of packaging for the Metropolitan Museum of Art" Service was great, he worked on getting me the best price calculating it over and over. I know I got the best price possible. He even listened to my conversation about buying a suitcase to put my barbie trunk in and check it with airlines to California, and suggested I ship it in the same box as the lamps for a couple of dollars more!!!! Movers would be put to shame by the expert packing. This is service with a smile. The owners are a delightful couple. Ship with them you will not be disappointed!”

Helped me get answers about a package after the Phippsburg office was rude.I meant to apologize at the time for talking through the plastic screen opening at the time but I have hearing issues and wasn't able to understand him at all through the film.
