USPS of Gardiner - Brittany needs to be fired. Too much to explain. End of story.

Pretty much a given if a package is a pain deliver they don't bother. (Too large/heavy).They can't live up to their Amazon obligations, for Xmas they were 2 weeks behind deliveries. Customer service is non-existent, entitled attitude, very rude and simply unwilling to help.I don't expect this to help. Just echoing what others are saying.Very frustrating mail situation here in Gardiner.

The hours for the small post office are useless to anyone working. Shut it down and deliver to the homes. Mail delays, unable to get packages when delivered. Government and State mail don’t recognize the PO Box causing issues for any official mail. Basically a useless building. Staff are working within boundaries and not their fault.

I wish they would shut down this post office and deliver in the area. Packages frequently sent back because no one is there to receive them. It has hours that are not convenient for anyone who works and often times its not open when it's scheduled to be. If I send packages to my parents just on the other side of town they typically show up a few days earlier. I have owned several PO boxes around the country. One of them was at a post office three hundred miles from the closest road in Alaska and all mail came on a small cessna yet it provided better service. The people who work there do their best with what they have to work there but it would be so much better to have mail delivered to my house which is done all over rural Maine.

Post office is hardly ever open when it’s suppose to be and when they are open for customers its 4hrs right in the middle of the day when people are working! Packages usually get sent back to sender. The last few post office workers have been less than pleasant and put out to do their job. It’s time to let tax paying home owners have mailboxes and receive their mail/packages like everyone else in town. That way we actually receive our mail and on time!

It's time for rural delivery and this post office to be closed. Half of mail sent here gets returned to sender. This is a tiny post office. Is it really that difficult to post a chart cross referencing street address to PO box for the mail sorters? When you order something from Amazon they don't tell you in advance if it is going to be shipped by UPS/FedEx or USPS.

Useless, anything not addressed to only a PO Box (having as the 2nd line of address doesn't fly) is sent back including tax returns and official government communication. All spam mail addressed to a street address appears to get delivered, not super impressed, hopefully convert to home delivery for the 5 square miles it serves

Customer's can access their box 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Staff is always curtious & very helpful.
