Very nice and patient with questions and rotary raised telephone users. Lol no inventory so that's a bummer as I need tv or iPad etc. mostly it's the grid being connected and my street is not 5G. So at 2 G I get frustrated. Samsung should invest in product in Gardiner,Maine...el Hori in Augusta can troubleshoot most cell phone problems and buys used phones if you upgrade. He is a representative for trak phone which has 5G. So my 3 cell phones purchased from US cellular in one month..this Samsung is tough but the other two locked up when I entered "emergency info screen" and no one in state can fix that.

Kathy was amazing! I switched from to Verizon a few years ago and have hated it ever since. So glad Kathy was there to help me. make sure you ask for her! Excellent service 5 stars

The staff at this location is totally inept. First they "lost" my check for my phone bill that was delivered in person before the due date. They then charged me a late fee. I made a payment electronically that, by some grace of god, actually worked. A couple days later they cashed the check effectively double charging me with a late fee. Their way of fixing the problem was making me wait until Monday (it's currently Saturday) for one of their challenged employees to be in the store to reimburse me. Truly amazing customer service...

Jen helped my family and I switch to U.S Cellular and it was the best experience and service we have received. The employees including the manager that we spoke to at US Cellular about the problem we are having with are phone were totally rude and inconsiderate. The woman who waited on us was rude to my husband and her supervisor was next to her and never said a thing about her attitude. Been a customer for over 10 years and this is how we get treated. I'm done with this company.

I have been complaining about my phone reception connection service for several years at my residence, I returned from a Cross country adventure yesterday at 8:02 p.m. through out 11 of 12 days of travel at various longitude and latitude elevations throughout the nation my phone reception connection service was at the worst description possible: superb?????I had situations where I was totally reliant upon GPS and internet service connection reception. Just totally amazing!!??At times velocity of my vehicle approached 100 MPH ( every vehicle on the tollway passed me I was the last vehicle in my group of vehicles to arrive at exit 313, Miami, Oklahoma; where it down-poured 5 gallon buckets of rain water whereas my phone reception connection service never faltered)On day 2 of my adventure in Arizona yes I had phone reception connection service issues as I had almost absolutely none, no text, talk, phone, email, some how I had GPS 99% of the day. I finally gave feedback message in settings and my lack of service was restored within 20 minutes to what I want to describe as the greatest phone service reception connection I have ever experienced since becoming a u.s. cellular customer in January of 2007. Outstanding! ❤️?❤️Upon arrival in Amarillo Texas I lost talk text email internet GPS service for approximately 20 minutes and such was restored by itself as I waited patiently in a parking lotIn addition the Arizona and Amarillo issue I had 2 other glitches, one My internet GPS service faltered momentarily in Greenup Illinois, mere minutes and it restored itself.Fu*ki*g fabulous ?????❤️❤️❤️❤️Not sure exactly where but am thinking somewhere between Spiceland Indiana andSnow Shoe Pennsylvania GPS faltered momentarily possibly 15-35 seconds while@ a velocity of between 45-70 MPHEstatically estatic ????❤️❤️❤️❤️Now :???why have I not given a 5 star ratingBecause upon arriving at the latitude longitude elevation intersection of my domicile of 46 years my internet service connection reception has/did/is same as I've been complaining about the last several years.As my intelligence/comprehension is limited I baffled ? by the lack of service at my residenceThank you eternally from the bottom of my ❤️ for making my adventure reliable and safe.T.U. ??????But seriously how/why can you provide exemplary service nation wide, but not Alna Maine.????❤️

My wife and I went on Saturday morning to update 2 phones and a tablet. Having been a business customer for over 20 years and mostly dealing with other locations, we were prepared for a long, not so fun day. Surprise! I have never in 20 years been treated so great by a UScellular representative. Taber was awesome. Rick was super busy as well and I can say he was awesome with his clients as well. When we went back to pick up our stuff the following Thursday, they were slammed busy. Still, Taber,Rick and a young lady whose name I didn't get were awesome. Whoever owns this location should appreciate these young people, they will continue to bring people to your location. 2 days later and I'm still floored by the service. Awesome job guys, thanks again. "Dad Pants" for everyone!
