I appreciate the selection of products available, and the fact that they are an Arcadia Reptile dealer. This month I received a large order of bulbs both for heating and UV, and the care taken to package them was amazing ! They would survived the most careless delivery person intact. I also appreciate the personalized service I receive. I called back to add to my order hoping it had not shipped yet to include some calcium powder, and like Todd Goode had read my mind he had added a packet as a free gift with purchase ! Great service all around
