Every time I go to the store they always have answers to my questions and if they don't they get them for me. I've only dealt with one associate from there, and that would be Miss Anderson. Miss Anderson has always been knowledgeable, respectful and kind, and in my world that goes a long ways. I think U S cellular should have more employees like her.”

8 Green St, Augusta“They went ABOVE and beyond to help me out in my tricky situation.Long story but, I broke my iPhone 14 pro max to the point the screen was shattered and black, and while the brains still functioned there was no way access it. I have a 1TB phone and have 300GB worth of data, including 31,000 photos going back to 2012. I’ve never broken a phone and have never felt the need to back up to iCloud as I’ve always done the wireless iPhone to iPhone transfer apple has when upgrading/switching phones. This wasn’t possible with a broke screen. I was scrambling for any solution to retrieve my data from my phone and tried a thousand things, none of which worked. He overnight ordered me a screen, installed it the day it came in, fixed a wiring connection issue that was causing the phone to constantly reboot and was so patient while I battled a software update issue apple was also having while trying to transfer. He knows his stuff and is incredibly kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend to anyone :) THANK YOU”

Mike and Wyatt were a pleasure to work with. After being with t-mobile for 2 months, dealing with sub-par customer service and poor cell service these guys have restored my faith in cell phone companies. Thank you!”

“Very nice and patient with questions and rotary raised telephone users. Lol no inventory so that's a bummer as I need tv or iPad etc. mostly it's the grid being connected and my street is not 5G. So at 2 G I get frustrated. Samsung should invest in product in Gardiner,Maine...el Hori in Augusta can troubleshoot most cell phone problems and buys used phones if you upgrade. He is a representative for trak phone which has 5G. So my 3 cell phones purchased from US cellular in one month..this Samsung is tough but the other two locked up when I entered "emergency info screen" and no one in state can fix that.”
