Seems first rate to me. I sold them a car, so I can't comment on their service. I'll just add that the other European repair shops in this region had positive comments about their honesty and reputation.

I have been doing business with European Auto Service for years and have found them to be knowledgeable, friendly and thankfully, considerably less expensive than BMW dealerships. Out of curiosity, I was drawn to read a couple of the 1 star reviews and found them to be laughably false and a real negative move on the unhappy ones who didn't receive the results they imagined. One had a history of ten 1 star reviews with various businesses in the area. Another threatened to sue because they failed to make his poorly maintained Porshe run like new after turning down recommended services. With time, I have experienced many reasons why this business can be trusted and deserving of my business. Amy, Trever and the entire team are top notch professionals, I highly recommend them.
