D & H motors is one of the very few used car dealerships that are actually honest and transparent. If Brent and his mechanics can't fix it, they will take your vehicle to a place that will. Buying a vehicle from them is also a smooth process. My husband and I bought a 2014 VW Jetta, and it was a dream to drive! There were very few problems with it all. In fact, the only reason we got rid of it was because Volkswagen had a major vehicle recall due to the emission regulations. As a woman, I also didn't feel like my intelligence was insulted or felt taken advantage of in any way, which is always one of my biggest concerns when buying a vehicle or taking one in for repairs.

D&H is one of the few garages I trust to work on my vehicles. Their mechanics are well trained, honest, and realistic about required repairs.

This team provides the best service I have ever received. While I haven’t purchased a vehicle from them yet I will definitely purchase my next Lincoln from them. Brent in service goes out of his way to make it easy and convenient to get my vehicle serviced. He is accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful as is the whole service team.

I don't know where to begin! I have always dreaded going to a car dealership.To me it was like a trip to the dentist! You neverknew what to expect. That all changed when I went to D&H Motors. This place is the best dealership in Maine! It's a family owned company with the best customer service! I can't express how much I appreciated the time Randy spent with me before and after my purchase, I just can't say enough! I won't be going anywhere else for a vehicle ! Oh, and my vehicle? A 2022 Corsair.... Simply awesome! Thank you, Randy, and family for the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership!

Best service department! My wife and I were traveling from out of town for Christmas. We had a major repair job needed and couldn't return home. They put us in the already full schedule and got us parts, even having to track down some by driving a extra trip to secure a missing part. The technical came in early one day and then even earlier on his day off(Christmas eve)! The world time keeping us informed about our progress and even calling us to be sure we got home safely. I can't say enough to express our gratitude. They really saved Christmas.
