My husband and I have had EAS working on our cars for a few years now. Our Volkswagen, Mercedes and our X1. Everyone at EAS is great! Polite and they all know they're stuff... And Everytime I call.. someone picks up the phone and always seems eager to help.... Highly recommend....

Took several weeks to get service. Two weeks after a huge bill my car had the same issue and error code. Amy refused to repair the car and honor their warranty. Now I am out a bunch of money and have a car that is worse than it was before. Amy was so rude and even lectured my about the age and milage on my car. Stay away - far away .....

Brought my car there in early August after waiting 3 weeks to get an appointment. Waited another 4 weeks for a couple simple repairs and spent well over 2 grand. Two week later the car had the same issue so I returned it to be repaired under there 12 month labor warranty. 6 weeks later I call for an update and they say it is not covered under warranty and someone will call me back. 2 weeks later I call to get a resolution and they tell me they will not fix my car over even give me a quote or a refund for previous unresolved repairs. so after 4 months and over 2 grand I am stuck with an undrivable car and a very rude customer service experience. This is unacceptable.....

Had a problem with our 14 BMW crank but no start, I called them they were booked out 1 1/2 wks I had it hauled there just the same since it was useless at this point then I got a call the next morning by 10am saying car was ready for pick up great service excellent work will def use them again

Called to have vehicle repaired ( semi-emergency ) while on Vacation. I have an older VW bus, before I was able to tell person on the phone what was wrong and just after giving a warm hello and good morning over the phone The Person states, with Zero empathy this hard to work on your van do to garage height clearance. So I had my lovely Van towed to a garage where she was appreciated.

I bought my new (to me) Audi Q5 from EAS and the whole process was so wonderful. Amy is such a kind person and really made what I consider a stressful process so much more enjoyable. I am loving my new car and planning on using EAS for service on the car as well. It can be hard to find a trustworthy place as a young female to work on your vehicle and I know that I am in good hands with European Auto Sales & Service.

Had all the modules on my BMW F10 535 updated. These guy knew exactly what to do, how to do it, and gave recommendations on the best updates. Easy to schedule and very flexible. Showed up saw some beautiful euro cars, Porches, Mercs, BMWs. Took a few hours. My car runs perfectly and i am very pleased. Got some new animation with the updates that i wasn’t expecting on my infotainment. 5 stars for sure. Would go back .
