This is a great local supermarket. A bit more expensive but I shop there for the convenience.They are trying to upgrade the varieties of goods & produces carried and I can find some specialty foods (eg Swiss emmentaler cheese) there instead of driving a long way to big supermarkets (eg Hannaford or Shaw’s).Most of the staff there are friendly and helpful, but you might run into a grumpy old lady at checking out like I did yesterday So beware! That is the reason for a 4 star review instead of five.

During the shift of ownership there was a “pot hole”… although they’ve changed it what the locals require in groceries, they’re learning. They’re slowly going back to what we need and looking for. GREAT staff!!! Friendly and helpful!!!I saw someone complain about public bathrooms giving just a star bc of no public bathroom…. WELCOME TO MAINE!!! We don’t have to let you use restrooms. Perhaps use the bathroom before you leave your rental? Just a thought. Oh!! TIP YOUR SERVERS!!!

Gave this store another chance after more than a year of bad experiences. Guess nothing has changed. Moldy blue berry muffins purchased yesterday and coffee cake past sale date, dry as a bone! "Fresh fruit and vegetables " that have been frozen andRot as soon as you get them home. Poor service at checkout too. Very sorry I went there. My bad!Not a community store. Folks can't use their food stamps and have to travel at least 20 to 30 miles away for groceries. Clean floors don't make it a good store.

WARNING: NO BATHROOM FOR CUSTOMERS AT THIS GROCERY STORE. Do not stop at this plaza if it's to find a bathroom!In this day and age, there are many grocery stores that provide a bathroom for their customers so do not stop at this plaza if you're stopping to use the bathroom.Even though I live right down the street from here, I really do not shop at this store very often. Some indescribable thing in the atmosphere isn't right. When I come in here, I don't feel right.When stopping in a store to find a public bathroom, I just about always buy something just to be polite. If a place does not have any public bathroom, I make it a point to never come back.
