I am an eighteen-year customer, and I could not be happier with the service I have received. Jake rewired my 03 Silverado 1 ton plow truck not once but twice. Rodent damage both times. They also replaced power steering pump and lines, fixed the remote that operates the dump body, tune up and inspections, replaced the engine heater. All at a good price and in a timely manner. Communication was outstanding throughout the repairs. I have bought a tractor and snowblower from them, once again a great deal. I have had the tractor eighteen years. I work it hard and thanks to service they perform it's as fresh as when I bought it. Last year I brought my 1974 dodge truck to them for carburetor and electrical work. The truck had not run right for many years. Chris got that truck tuned like a fine watch. I drove it all last summer and it has never run so well. Several people had worked on it prior including a retired mopar dealer mechanic. I used to work in the automotive industry, so I know a good shop when I see one. This is a high-quality repair shop that does it right at a good price, saving you money and time. Thanks Jake and crew! All the best for 2023.

O.k, I know this is a little long but after a previous bad experience 4 years ago ,I now remember why I didn't not go there before. I went to get my tires balanced because of a front end shake between 50 and 60 mph. I asked to get all four tire done in order to eliminate the balancing if the problem consisted. After an hour and fifteen minute the guy came back and asked me " did you want to do all four ". Told him yes. 10 minutes later they came back and told me they could not get the back tires off " tried everything Steve, heat, breaker bar everything " so they could not do those rears. after all the wait and paying $30 ( $15 per tire not a bad price ) the shake still existed. I left with the feeling that they just did not care and i was not worth their business. I get the feeling if you are not spending more then $200 bucks then you ain't worth it 4 days later I brought the truck to my ford dealer for a ' the works " oil change and a 27 point inspection, fill fluids, rotate tires etc etc. I mentioned the shake and asked that since they were rotating the tires could they please balance all 4 tires. No problem. 1 1/4 hours later i got the truck back with zero shaking in the front end. Total bill was $70.00 and change. $30 of that was for balancing the 4 tires. ( $7.50 per tire a great price ) Ending result is that they never got it right and in the same time to balance 2 tires the dealer changed fluids, inspected the truck and balanced all 4 tires. Never again will i go to Osgoods for anything.

Went to have one tire mounted and balanced. Customer service was good. Quality of work was not. About an hour after I left, the Tire Pressure Monitor System light came on. I checked my tires to find a regular valve stem, not a TPMS. Called shop and got"oh yea, the sensor stripped and we can't do anything about it. May need to take it to the dealer." Really shady and lost their customer service credibility.
