Tried to return hydraulic fittings that were not the right fit. They ended up charging me twice instead of refunding. Price on the fittings was way higher than other vendors anyways.

The guys know what they're talking about if you need advice, but everything is more than 2-3x more expensive than it should be. They are a total rip off. They tried to sell a shear pin for the snowblower for $12. I bought 20 online, made by the same company, for $17. Don't give these crooks your $$$$$$$

The employees are very helpful they even helped us get a filter from new Hampshire so we could finish a cell site generator that needed some maintainance work done to it to keep the cell tower up and running we are very happy with the customer service we were shown and we will recommend this Napa to anyone in the fryeburg area that needs parts to complete a job asap they are super people and well worth the visit
