Rude staff. Came in with my 6yo in tow, to spend some dollars. Within minutes he had to use the bathroom. I approached THREE staff members who wouldn't acknowledge me because they were too busy talking about breaks. Pretty sure one of them was a manager. So I had to interrupt and ask if they had a restroom, to which one blankly looked at me and bluntly said "No" before turning away to resume personal chatter. How about directing us to one?
We left without spending a dime and will never return. Hire some adult staff and teach them customer service skills. My little guy wet his pants on the street as we blindly searched for a bathroom.

This is a review for the company. I ordered a pair of the cotton Chaka pants. Quite expensive. But they looked like thick cotton. So I was willing to spend money. They contacted me days later and told me they sold out of the pants. I then re-ordered. The pants fit good but the material is very thin! In fact I've only worn them once and there's already pilling between my thighs. I'm kind of disappointed. I would price these pants at about $30, but I paid over $90.

Lovely place with so many amazing options!!! I was looking at Blundstones (which are not a cheap investment) and one of the employees was SO HELPFUL and gave me so much insight on the brand and how they fit, including how long her blundstones have lasted her and how to take care of them. The store is super cute and all of the employees are super friendly. Go to toad & co and get yourself a pair of blundys!!! I searched VERY HARD for a pic of my blundys so u better appreciate

This is my favourite brand of clothing. Ethically-made, decently priced, lovely patterns, the fit is perfect for me (5,4 and curvy). I've had pieces that I've had for many years and they are still in great shape. The quality is top. My only grievance is that I recently had to pay an insane amount of money for my package to go through customs (i'm in Canada). I had to pay half the value of my package so that was a very bad surprise... so be warned if you are ordering from Canada.

My partner and I both loved toad and co. The shop was laid out really nice and the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The fitting rooms had mirrors inside (I hate it when you’re forced to step out into the jaws of sales staff to see how things look). We both ended up spending more than we usually would on clothes but had a couple of things on clearance too.

Toad & Co is the place to be. High quality and sustainable clothing and FREE COFFEE!? Count me in! Toad offers a great shopping experience. I've always been welcomed in with a smile.You might find yourself chatting with one of the employees about your latest hike or getting the scoop on some new third-party products that they just brought in. I usually speak with Sam or Jake. They are always knowledgeable and passionate about the outdoors and sustainability.Toad has amazing products and an even more amazing staff.

I love stopping in Toad&Co whenever I'm in the area. They have a great selection and carry a lot of unique brands in addition to Toad&Co. The staff is always so friendly. Last time I was in Sam and Jake spent so much time with me and helped me find the perfect gift for my sister. You should definitely make it a point to shop here if you're in Freeport!
