Some of the most helpful staff that I have ever seen. Helped me to get a winter coat, they were willing to search in back, and got me last year's model for 1/4 price!

Big disappointment. The store is lit up bright and after braving the cold rain, a sign of closure until January 2nd. No after Christmas shopping for potential deals on what is normally out of reach expensive items. Bummer. No outlet shopping for those visiting Maine.

My trip to the Freeport Patagonia outlet was the highlight of my day. I came in with a super beat-up black hole backpack and a similarly decrepit down sweater. I was hoping they could fix them, but I was afraid they were unsalvageable. I was right— both items were beyond repair. HOWEVER— I hadn’t considered the “ironclad guarantee!” I left with a beautiful brand-new backpack and almost $300 in store credit for the down sweater. And I didn’t spend a dime. The clerk who helped me, David, was amazingly knowledgeable about the company’s gear repair and recycling programs, and i was thrilled to learn that they would handle recycling my worn-out items. I also appreciated his particular brand of dry humor:)

Much smaller than CA Patagonia outlet. Things are out of sizes and still expensive even during the Instagram advertised annual 50% off week at the end of Oct

Kind of hectic and stressful inside, the prices are pretty good but the selection is limited. I was in there for a long time before I was helped. The staff were nice but they were certainly preoccupied with others.

Patagonia is one of my favorite brands. They have done well by me again and again. I love the quality and repairs and warranty service. - the things that LL Bean used to do but better.I've saved a few bucks on a few basics here. It's not stocked as well as a normal Patagonia store. I'm glad it's here and stop by when I'm in the area but generally shop their website.

i heard outlets sell cheaper made clothing but at this outlet they had the same good quality product as normal - the only problem was the selective sizing however the staff was friendly and checked their inventory in the back

Great store! This location has cute stickers specifically designed for the Freeport location, so definitely ask the staff for one before you head out!

I love supporting a fabulous company who gives their all their profits to environmental causes. Their clothing is top notch, trendy, and long lasting. Selection is good but not all sizes for all models although the current season stuff is well stocked.

Friendliest Patagonia store in all the land, and that's even despite the insect like hordes of idiot tourists. Somehow, the staff here can manage to still smile and answer questions...not sure how, but they do it. It's a small store, and I miss the old location two doors down, but they can get you what you need if you ask.

Super helpful, knowledgeable staff. I rarely purchase clothes here, but always come here when I have an issue with a purchased Patagonia item, whether it's for a repair or a replacement, as I like to deal with people. They know their products, service their products, and will go out of their way to help figure out what the best way to fix your issue might be.
