Patagonia Freeport, located in coastal Maine on the corner of Bow and Main streets, is one of two East Coast outlet stores. Housed in a historic building dating back to the late 1800s, the store offers a mix of current and past season products, with new items arriving daily. The knowledgeable and friendly staff have extensive outdoor experience and are eager to assist, often going above and beyond to help customers find the right gear. Customers have praised the staff’s excellent service, highlighting staff members who provided quick solutions for warranty issues and jacket repairs, saving customers from buying new items. The store is appreciated for its helpfulness and efficiency, especially when handling product replacements or repairs. While the selection is good, some customers note that the range of products is not extensive, and prices are reasonable for past season items. However, current season products are not always discounted, and customers should pay attention to signs indicating discounts. Overall, Patagonia Freeport is a welcoming store with attentive staff and a focus on outdoor gear, making it a reliable spot for outdoor enthusiasts and loyal Patagonia fans alike.
Love this store. Small but mighty. Most fleece was 30% off, so my sister was able to get a lot of things for her ski trip to Vail. She found some fleece pants that are so warm.

The only “outlet” pieces of clothing I found were two racks (one men’s/one women’s) with roughly 30 pieces between the both of them. L.L. Bean outlet across the village has the entire store on sale.

May as well be called the Patagonia Women’s Outlet. Hardly any products for men.
