Roby was the only employee working on a busy holiday weekend, despite the number of customers in the store, there wasn’t a long wait and when he was working with us, he made us feel like we were the only customers in the place.

The Oakley Vault offers a number of options to choose from, but their focus tends to be on the fancier more bulky sunglasses. They don't carry many of the wire-frame style glasses unless you are looking to get into a prescription-based pair.Prices are what you would expect from Oakley compared to their website. They do offer local deals that would get you into a pair for much less, but don't expect 50% off regardless of the type of discount they are offering.They did have one pair my wife loved because the nose pieces are closed off so her hair doesn't get caught in the wires of the nose piece when she puts her sunglasses in her hair. Most other wire-frame type or aviators have the l-shaped (may not be accurate depiction) nose piece (the frame part) as it's usually opened on the bottom which allows you to bed the nose piece closer or further away for a better fit.Customer service was great, they were informative and were eager to help when walking around the store. They would offer their help and if you declined, they would point out the sales going on in the store and to ask for them if you needed help at any point during your visit.
