What a fantastic store! Great customer service, friendly staff, just a pleasure to shop here. The feeling is that they actually do care about your satisfaction. My wife and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Rita, Ryan, and Nicki, at the Freeport, Maine store. We are moving here in the next couple of months and will frequently visit this store. We are impressed with the quality of the clothing at a very fair price. Great job!

This wasn't my first time going to the outlet nor my last. But this had to be my best experience. We took the trip to freeport to celebrate our birthdays and of course llbean was on the top of the list of places to go to. We started at the outlet first to snag some great deals but to my pleasure I ran into the most friendly employee working at the outlet. Noreen was incredibly friendly, helpful and just a delight to talk with. She made it feel like we had been friends for years and made you feel welcomed and went above and beyond to take care of us. I hope she knows how much her kindness really made this trip my best experience yet. Also I ended up saving almost $200 off of everything I bought. The store was super clean and organized and the rest of the staff were friendly as well. Worth the trip!

A dog friendly place to shop & get out of the house! The day we visited they also had outside activities for kids, as well as a food truck and hot chocolate truck. You'd never know this was an LL Bean Outlet. It was truly the place to be!

The Outlet store is tucked away across from Old Navy. It's ALWAYS busy and the amount of product that is crammed in there can be overwhelming, BUT it gives you a larger selection of discounted items that can't be sold in the Retail store or is a result of a return. If you want a discount, sometimes 40% or more, depends on the product, check here first, but be sure to look at the stitching on some items. If the product doesn't meet quality checks it could end up here for that reason and that's why it's discounted. I got a dog bed for 60% off and for those who have purchased them in the past know they cost a pretty penny. I can always find something here, before shifting over to the Retail store. I would recommend starting here and then going over to Retail or the Home store so you can take advantage of some of the deals.

What a great, huge store! Had a blast dipping in from the cold to visit the space. Decent prices for quality goods. Totally worth a stop to rest, shop and stretch your legs. Highly recommend!

I really. enjoyed shopping for bargains here, they're there, you just need to look for them. The store is packed with items, we found quite a few things and enjoyed ourselves.
