We just moved to Maine from Wisconsin and are still downsizing and needed to find a storage unit that would be close by for quick access to my bikes and stuff. Karen was extremely helpful from the very beginning. We were looking for a 10x10 and at first she did not have one available, but then let us know shortly after our move that one had come up. As I filled the unit, I quickly realized that with the stuff we still needed to downsize yet and the two motorcycles, we would need a bigger unit. She put me on the list and sure enough, one became available a little over a month later. Throughout our move and the two units, Karen has been extremely easy to reach and ALWAYS gets back to me immediately, staying in touch the entire time we were waiting for the bigger units to come available. The grounds are nice and clean and the 24/7 gate access is awesome! I could not recommend Karen and Interstate more!!

One time they've answered the phone, the day i gave my cc number, now I just get billed and billed but no one is around to help one get through the gate ??♀️ find a place that has an attendant
