1 Freeport Village Station, Freeport“What a fantastic store! Great customer service, friendly staff, just a pleasure to shop here. The feeling is that they actually do care about your satisfaction. My wife and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Rita, Ryan, and Nicki, at the Freeport, Maine store. We are moving here in the next couple of months and will frequently visit this store. We are impressed with the quality of the clothing at a very fair price. Great job!
A customer for life,
Adam and Gabriella Wild
P.S. the correct names of the employees that helped us were:
Rita, Kyle, Vicki
Sorry about the wrong names”
“Overall I like The North Face (TNF) clothing. It is overpriced so better to get it on sale. The cashier at this North Face outlet in Freeport, ME was not helpful (the manager was awesome - 5 gold stars to the manager). TNF policies are annoying - 50% off for 3 items + but only certain items (not T shirts, etc).”

95 Main St, Freeport“Have you been to L.L.Bean? If not, go now. It is such a an awesome store. Unfortunately, they are doing some renovations so we missed the flowing stream outside and water features inside. I hope the renovations don't get rid of any of that. The store is amazing and the people are so helpful and friendly. Whenever we visit Maine, we always make a point to stop at Beans.”
“Awesome deals and very helpful staff. They even pressed the dress clothes I purchased so I could wear them to a wedding the next day! Being short staffed as all businesses are, I was very impressed. We have been shopping at this Banana Republic for many years and will certainly continue”
“Lovely place with so many amazing options!!! I was looking at Blundstones (which are not a cheap investment) and one of the employees was SO HELPFUL and gave me so much insight on the brand and how they fit, including how long her blundstones have lasted her and how to take care of them. The store is super cute and all of the employees are super friendly. Go to toad & co and get yourself a pair of blundys!!! I searched VERY HARD for a pic of my blundys so u better appreciate”

66 Main St, Freeport“Best Sports Bra! The straps adjust several different ways to look good alone or under different types ps of tops. Sports bras are made of healthy breathable fabric, and they hold in place! The Freeport store has such a friendly and helpful staff. The shoes are a must try! The selection is better than anywhere I have been, and there ARE 3 Floors of Under Armour!! Women's and girls stuff is so cute and on trend with the swimsuits, clothes, colors and different designs. If you are active or want to be you need to go and try on something. The tights and running shorts make everything look better. Great cold wear for Maine early mornings and nights.”

“Really impressed by their commitment to repairing items and doing so really well. I bought a standard jacket almost 10 years ago, the zipper failed recently, brought it in, not only did they do a perfect repair job, they even gave new life to the faux fur around the top without being asked to do so- something my dry cleaners were not willing to do even for pay. Repair process was so easy, no clunky tracking down receipts or anything. Additionally, ay 10 years old, this jacket works as well as ever, their products really are built to last and built quality. I’m gonna buy way more items from here and recommend this to my friends.”

8 Bow St, Freeport“I always have a great experience at this store. I was in today and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful! What stood out most was when I (stupidly) left my newly purchased item outside on a bench and drove home. Someone found it and kindly brought it back to the store. The employee looked up my order, called me, and then shipped it to me free of charge since I was visiting Freeport and already driving back home. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. Wonderful experience, to say the least. :)”

100 Main St, Freeport“Good selection of products, but not fantastic. Prices seemed reasonable for past season products. You do need to be careful as current season products are also stocked and they are not typically discounted. That would be my only negative, it’s sometimes hard to tell what is discounted and what isn’t. Just look for signs near the racks or tables for a discount, if you don’t see one the price on the tag is likely what you pay.”

“The Old Navy Outlet store has been really hit or miss for me in the past. I stopped by recently because I hadn't been in a while and just wanted to browse. Two things of note immediately: 1) is there ANY organization to this store?, because it sure doesn't seem like it, and... 2) it had a real post-Black Friday feel to it with clothing and accessories discarded in piles everywhere. I don't blame the staff for that necessarily, as I watched loads of customers literally abandoned piles of stuff wherever they wanted when they realized, I guess, they didn't actually want to buy them. Also, another reviewer mentioned the lack of staff at the Fitting Rooms; this actually felt very normal (at least it is in other parts of the world from what I've experienced) , so I appreciated just being able to help myself to a room whenever I wanted (...granted, they were also messy with customer's deserted stuff). In the end, on this particular occasion, I left with two items: a very cute, white sweater with golden sparkly thread AND a fantastic little black dress. Pricetag? Under $50. And the person at the cash register was SO friendly and engaging; she gave me an enormous brown paper bag for free when she saw I had been toting around all my Kitchen Store Outlet stuff in my arms. I don't know that I'm rushing back here anytime soon, but if I'm in the area and I've got the time to explore, I'd come back to see what gems might find me! But I wouldn't come back intentionally looking for a specific item.”

1 Freeport Village Station #345E, Freeport“We have shopped here several times but on our November 16th visit we had the best sales associate ever. Kerrigan greeted us when we went in and was so helpful and friendly. We have never had such a friendly association in any of the Francesca stores before.”

35 Main St, Freeport“I only stopped in quickly because they take old used jeans in any state (just needs to be washed) and will recycle them and you get a $10 off next same day purchase. Please note the $10 is same day.”
“I was just in the Freeport store and I love the new floor and the new jewelry cases. My daughter and I purchased some clothing and jewelry. Jessica and Lydia were super helpful and nice. Overall a totally awesome shopping experience.”
