I like this store fine and I do not want to be unchartitable.....I know they are payo g Freeport rent. However, they charge a lot more than other Brit-import stores by a l9ng shot and there is a lot more Irish (not a bad thing) stock than English. Overall nice but pricey compared to other New England BritShops

As an English expat visiting from Arizona, I was thrilled to find this shop. Their grocery items are really fresh too, not like the close to expiring stuff you usually find at Amazon. I bought a bag of Quality Street for my sister and some Twiglets for myself. I only wish I had had more time to look around and that I'd bought another bag of Twiglets. Wonderful, helpful staff! Wish we lived closer!

This was a very pleasant surprise and completely unexpected. The amount of stuff that this store carries is just fantastic. Feels like you're stepping into Europe for a brief visit while you're in there. The staff is friendly, and the store is clean and FULLY stocked with very different items that you're probably used to seeing in typical everyday stores. It was a great experience and so much fun reading and looking at all the random items.Must experience this place and I highly recommend taking your time to view everything. They had some classic items, souvenirs, sports themed items but also loads of snacks and food items too that you'll want to try! There's parking right outside but limited spots. When they fully open the areas for summer, I suspect parking will be a challenge but, in the meantime, when we went, it was simple and easy! There's plenty of parking in neighboring areas though so if you're near to this store, I highly recommend going at least once to see what they have to offer. We tried British Kit Kats, chips, jam, assortment of teas and the list goes on! The prices are not low but on the plus side, they do accept cards there!

It's a very cute store with British treats and knick-knacks. I ate a whole bag of Jammy-dogers and felt like a real man. The staff were very nice also. Definitely go if you are in the mood for some nice British items or food

Very friendly staff. Nice little store with a nice selection of quality goods. I'll definitely be back. I can't comment on parking but I was parked in the garage down the street and it wasn't a bad walk.

Very cute shop with all of the British essentials! My father is from England and loves the Shepard's pies! Sometimes we come just for the pickled onions because they are so hard to find anywhere else.

Though store is well stocked and staff seems friendly. This is definitely a tourest Rip-Off store. If you are a tourest and just want to drop cash to say you bought something at a store called British Store.. you may like it.Absolutely not really customer friendly, wife had picked out a few items but had a rest room emergency... they told her to go down the road to LLBean.. we did.. leaving items. Those from the south, PUBLIX Super Market has 90% of food, candy items at closer to original price (about 60%-70% less than here). Seriously Pickle with label price if £1.79 was $8. ½pint, jams were $12.Since this town is s very typical tourest spot, it felt a little Disney Main Street-ish.LLBean was a large version of southern LLBean stores... more like Bass Pro Shops and very customer friendly.

Although I didn't buy anything here, the staff was polite and the items for sale were presented well. We walked up a few steps, down the walkway, and up a couple more steps to enter the shop. I almost bought a coffee mug but the price was too high. Good store for items from across the pond.
