“Everybody that works at the bucksport Maine post office is very nice. From the people behind the counter to people loading the mail at the loading dock to the people out on the delivery route, I've never had a bad interaction. I haven't read any of the negative reviews but I can't imagine what people are complaining about.”

“I would stop here periodically whilst visiting my mom for the summer.
Being from out of state, seems I was always mailing something back home.
Service was always friendly, no complaints. There might be one or two in line ahead of me, but not often. If there were, things moved along pretty quick.
It's a small, little building but easy to find. Easy to get in and out of, too. Right there in the main drag - you CAN miss it tho, if you're not paying attention !! ?
The offer the usual services as a part office does. They may be small, but they still do a great job !”

“This is a smalltown Post Office. People should not expect full service. Our mail is delivered by the Brewer Post Office so complaints should be filed there. Our little Post Office is good for basic supplies and having a PO Box that is accessible 24 hours a-day. Awesome clerk.”
“I have a business in Hampden (MyMaineFarmhouse), and I mail and receive a lot of packages from this facility. They are always helpful and friendly. I've never had one single negative experience with them. Every town should be so fortunate to have such wonderful postal workers doing their absolute best to do their job. “I had an issue with the post office charging extra postage when extra postage was correctly pre-paid through eBay. Doug was very RUDE when explaining why he felt it necessary to charge my customer additional postage, When I tried to explain that the "envelope" is considered a "package" because it is NOT pliable (not easily bendable) he got even more RUDE. I spoke to the post master (Laura) and she was AMAZING! I let her know what was going on and she let me know she will get this sorted out for me and my eBay buyer. She and Andrew went above and beyond to help me with this issue.I don't know about the hours because I'm from Ohio, but I will say their customer service is outstanding!”
