Just in town for the week. Good gym with adequate equipment. Desk staff is friendly. Good place to get a workout in!

Clean and a good selection of equipment. Maintenance of equipment is not very frequent, and staff are not very attentive. But for the location, it's a great gym.

Look we do this show the weekend after Thanksgiving. For a show so far north in maine you're exibiting an excellent place. Good lighting if you didn't bring yours; and management is always there if a problem pops up.Very, very well maintained. And you've gotta love pristine bathrooms.whatever event is being held; this place makes it enjoyableS

Not enough cleaning kits for equipment. Could use some cleaning. Some staff more ambitious than others at the desk. Overall good facility and selection though.
