Terribly disappointed in the service. Medical bed was delivered with missing parts that would not allow us to raise the head portion of the bed. When contacted, we were told they’d be delivered the next morning. The next afternoon we called again to see when the delivery would be since it was past what they had said and we were informed that they were “on the road to deliver the part”. 4 hours later when we called again the woman said there were no deliveries and then hung up.If a loved one is suffering, put your money elsewhere the compassion here in minimal.
