I left without even getting anything done today, they had 2 open bays both with cars in them the guy that pulled in right in front of me got behind one and i waited when the bay opened up next to him i started toward it and the worker stopped me , made me back up so this guy could back up and take my spot. i went around to complain and they backed up this guy so I made it clear they just lost me for life and left, if i am in walmart or any store and i pick the slower line i have to wait which makes sense so as far as i am concerned this is no different,

This crew rocks. I come in pretty regularly because of the number of vehicles we have and they are always pleasant, fast, knowledgeable, and even give a little extra. I appreciate this business but especially the crew for their fantastic service. Ten stars.

Always come here for my oil changes. Staff is nice and fast. Makes sure to make me aware of what they’re doing and things I might need for my vehicle. Never have had any issues and always will come here. Staff even checked my tire pressure when asked to double check for me. Thanks Farmington Prompto!

Prompto 10 Minute Oil Change does great work, I will be back, and I recommend them to everyone. My RAM 1500 needed an oil change, and there was no wait time for me to pull into the service bays. Ryan serviced the truck, and he was very professional and polite. He checked my coolant (yes, I needed some) and put air in my tires. I saw they had quality wiper blades and had them put on a fresh pair. I sat in the comfort of my truck while they serviced it, and I was back on the road in no time.
