I went to Marvin's with my grandaughter to get an estimate for repair due to a deer collision, because I heard they did good work. I was even willing to pay more. He greeted us with a rude 'what do you want?' I was flabbergasted, but my grandaughter explained her situation. He was miffed that this was a second estimate. And proceeded to treat us gruffly the whole visit. He reluctantly took a look and agreed to give us an estimate. We went inside while he printed it up and he shoved it at me and said snidely GOOD LUCK! Don't know what his problem was that day, but his behavior towards a customer who would have willingly paid the extra $200 was uncalled for. We had never met this man or had any dealings with him, and we certainly NEVER will.
