Why allow appointments online if we find out the same day of our appointment that there will be no representatives available? Maybe only allow appointments when there is an available appointment instead of getting our hopes up.

Don't get your taxes done here. One of their "trained professionals" in Livermore falls said i can claim my girlfriend and her son as my dependents while either being incompetent or straight out lying about tax expertise because she didn't know their was a two factor test in which residence and relativity to each other must be passed. I've had my taxes done with them for 3 years and never had a problem until 2023. Every year I paid for audit protection and the boss lady in Farmington had the nerves to tell me the IRS doesn't know the tax law. Now i'm stuck with over $2000 in debt because they messed up and lied about knowing the tax law. The worst part of all this is the FTC is suing H&R block for numerous consumer complaints ranging from misleading consumers to straight up bullying people to pay for their higher tier services in which you get no additional benefit or safeguards as this case clearly shows. Word of advice for anyone else who had their taxes done here and they messed up, file a complaint with the AG.
