The staff is always willing to help if I can't find something in the pharmacy area. My meds are always filled and ready at a decent time and if for any reason there's an issue they will call me and let me know.

I was prescribed a new medication, that my regular pharmacy couldn't fill, so they called in to Hannaford pharmacy in Farmington. The doctors office. I stopped in to pickup this morning. The woman working the pharmacy counter was unbelievably rude! She couldn't find my profile and got all nasty to me because she had to put in my information, that took several tries. Then she said " there isn't any thing here for you, GO call your doctor's office ". Never again will they see me at that pharmacy!!!

1 star is more than they deserve. I went to pickup a prescription my regular pharmacy couldn't fill. The woman working the counter was rude,disrespectful, and insulting. I refuse to do any business there now!

The regular crew is great, wonderful., especially Jessica who has always been helpful. Despite what my insurance company says I try to get all of my prescriptions filled there…...And then there’s the backup crew. Not as good.

There is always a Hannaford near by in Maine. They are increasing their Ethnic foods slowly but are making progress. Don't suggest buying fish from them though. We haven't had good luck with that.

Hannaford of Farmington Maine, had a bit of a mishap with, a special to me, order....the Manager & Butcher (John & Brian, if my memory serves) were VERY apologetic & professional & in the end rectified the situation generously, I'm now a LOYAL customer :) Thank you so much for understanding the importance & being so helpful in making it right, you had my back & now have a loyal customer, thank you again, you rock!!!! <3

This particular Hannaford Supermarket is cleaner with friendlier staff than the one located in Manchester. If you live between the two like we do: choose the Farmington location. You'll be happier you chose to go North instead of south.

I was not impressed that there isn’t a family changing room, or a changing table at all for a little one. Had to stop shopping and leave bcause my 4 month old needed a change :/

Visiting from out of state. Came here to get groceries for the Airbnb we were staying in. Store was adequately stocked, clean. Prices were a little higher than what we pay in Texas, but not bad. Will come here again next year when we return to Maine.
