I've used Farmington Towing and Auto Repair for several years now. I am very impressed with the quality of the repairs to my vehicle. I know I can completely trust them to be honest and not to overcharge on things. In all my years of dealing with Auto Repair, Farmington Towing has been the best.

Dont use them. I cancelled towing with the. because I wanted to go thru AAA. They did not cancel the towing and sent someone out. I had a witness to the cancellation. They still charged me 240 bucks and never had my car on their truck. When I called they refused to refund me and then hung up on me twice. Terrible communication, terrible help, and charged me for services they never completed. Don't use them. I will be filing a claim with the bank.

He was called to tow my car 3 weeks abo before a storm and he was told to work on it (not by me but by my mom) and it took him 2 weeks and another phone call just for him to look at it. He didn't call me or my mother back to tell us what was wrong with it. A week later I called him again to see what's going on and he told me it was the alternator. He couldn't "find any" in stock anywhere and it would be between 200-300 dollars for the part when he ordered it. He then told ME to call AutoZone and see if they had it in stock, and they did! Not even close to the price he told me, much cheaper. I have a feeling he didn't look very hard. I was so pissed it took 2 weeks to get my car diagnosed and another week just to find out what was wrong with it. I had it towed to VIP and turns out it isn't the alternator, it was the water pump. So not only trying to rip me off, but also misdiagnosed my car after having it for 3 weeks! If you need a tow or your car worked on, I suggest calling anyone but Farmington Towing for both!
