Great atmosphere with professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They have always worked with me and my insane schedule to have my needs met for my vehicle in the best and most time efficient manner. I drive a lot for work, there is not another service center I'd ever trust to bring my car to after my experience over this past 18 months with Farmington Ford. They are excellent!!

Took my 2019 Ford F150 to Farmington Ford with what I considered a serious transmission issue. The service department was able to update and reset my transmission and it now shifts like it did 5 years and 100,000 ago.

I see they only allow the good reviews to post. But my experience with them was the complete opposite of what I’m reading. Customer service is horrible at Farmington Ford! The show room ppl, the management… even the owner are all just arrogant and rude. Very clear they do not care about the customers just money. Never seen so many fake ppl in one place in my life! Especially the owner and his gf/sales woman. Every person I have seen buy a vehicle from here has had nothing but issues with the car including myself… and they constantly refuse to go good on anything, all just make excuses and they talk their way out of taking any responsibility or they are just completely rude and condescending. My car was in and out so many times, I had to fight to even get it seen let alone fixed, then it was the “same” problem over and over (mind you my car is fairly new). I had to argue just to get a loaner and for them to do the actual work. I spent more time without my “new” car than with it! Sorry ford we aren’t all rich *holes that don’t have to work, or don’t just get a paycheck for lying and ripping ppl off!

The staff at Farmington Ford were very helpful. They worked very hard to make sure that I could have my car back and once they got my car in the garage it was fixed sooner than I expected, and it was fixed right the first time. Zach was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that my car got into the garage and was fixed. I would recommend Farmington forward to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

The Farmington Ford employees were very easy to deal with and I would definitely buy from them again. This is my second car from Farmington Ford and my salesman was very nice.
