Wish I could do review without stars! Ordered oil on 1/12 was told it would be delivered on 1/17, no oil. Went into office on 1/18 paid for oil and was told all Monday delivery was pushed to Tuesday but I was scheduled for Friday. Payment was withdrawn from my account on 1/19, Still no oil as of 1/24. Thiefs is what they are!!!!

I would give less than a star if it were possible. I thought customer service with CN Brown was great until I ordered oil for two homes on my property. One is my parents and one is mine. I asked for some in their tank and some in mine. They put all in my parents tank. I called to explain what happened after being very specific on which tank and how much for each tank. I discussed with them the issue and they stated kindly they would be delivering oil to my tank for the mistake. All was good till a month later they stated I owed them $500 for the oil they put in my tank for making a mistake. I didn’t ask for the oil they just told me they would do it. One would think due to them delivering oil to the wrong house. I spoke to them they had no compassion to the fact that I was a single mother trying to do my best. That they stated it was for their mistake. I now do business elsewhere. Horrible horrible customer service and they lie to make sales. Worst service I have ever received from an oil company.

Cn brown I thought was a good family company, then the Covid-19 hit! This company is not at all a family company, it is a company that is all about CORPORATE GREED! They treat there employees like they are nothing! They have no protection from the customers during this pandemic! No mask, no gloves, no barrier, NO NOTHING! This company treats there employees like they are expendable!! Those employees that YOU treat so horribly are the reason YOUR stores remains open!! They don’t want ice cream and pizza parties for compensation, they want hazard pay, especially for putting themselves at risk for your corporate greed! They face this pandemic everyday, risking not only themselves but their families as well, while the higher ups are sitting at home in their comfy recliners, sipping on there expensive gin and scotch, staying clear of people for there own safety! Your company portrays a family kind of company but your company is anything but that! So here’s a little education on hazard pay and what it means!

This location goes above and beyond for customer care. I own 8 properties and enjoy the staff at this location so much that I even ask them to help with my properties outside their territory, which they happily do.

Terrible customer service. They have no empathy whatsoever, cooked. They told me they delivered my oil to the WRONG address and when I ran out of oil due to their error, they wouldn't supply me with an emergency delivery without paying a $100 fee. They also refused to refund my money for the oil I had ordered, told me I could get a credit on my account. So they forced me to take the statement credit and wait 5 days for a delivery all due to THEIR error.
