They are the worst they put the wrong tires on the back then put my old back tires on the front then say they can't give me a inspection or do my alignment because they just didn't want to do it

VIP staff kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and asked for my consent and disclosed the price before doing any repairs. Communication is very open and service is quick. They had my dead car up and running in about an hour

The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful! They even laughed at my "Holy Balls" reaction after they gave me my estimate. Might have to switch over to bicycle after the cost of new brakes, but it's laugh or cry and we all chose to laugh. Would come back!

This is why I keep coming back to VIP..my tire is covered under warranty for damage....they're putting my old tires on for free. All I'll have to pay is a $16 maintenance fee when the new tire comes in . ?? where do you get better service than that!!! Thank you Farmingdale VIP.

Went for inspection and failed. They wanted $1300 in work to be done. I knew that couldn't be right so took it somewhere else and guess what it passed. I mentioned what you said was wrong and they laughed and showed me it was all good. Just liars and money hungry. Will NEVER recommend or come here again.
