I felt really fortunate to spend the afternoon with Sarah, having taken one of the dried flower wreath workshops. I found her teaching techniques very helpful and ended up with a wreath I absolutely love and am so proud to say I made. Sarah was very welcoming & patient, she had prepared a lovely spread for us to enjoy and her workshop was well organized with tons of materials to choose from. I would highly recommend this experience and hope to participate again in the future. Thank you!!

Relaxed, Supportive, Fun, Delicious!!A friend invited me to Lazy Acres for a wreath making workshop. It was so much more than I had expected! Sarah prepared a delicious snack table and arranged a beautiful display of dried flowers and plants. Her demonstration was detailed and helpful for those of us newcomers and she had detailed discussions with some others about various farming topics. Sarah is very relaxed and sociable and the space provided is comfortable and well suited for the event. I enjoyed the chickens roaming and greetings from her family. I would definitely recommend Lazy acres farm to others and I plan to return again for another workshop in the future. My wreath came out much better than I had anticipated ? Thank you Sarah

When I started wedding planning, I knew I wanted local flowers for my big day. I had already followed Lazy Acres Farm on Instagram, so it made sense to contact them for wedding flowers. From the start of the planning process, communication and expectations were extremely clear. I loved that they provided well laid out PDFs of what they offered. I was able to select a combination of designed pieces and flower buckets to suit my needs and my budget. As a farmer-florist, Sarah at Lazy Acres Farm both grows the flowers and creates the designed pieces. I highly recommend Sarah and Lazy Acres Farm for any of your floral needs, but the blooms that came out of their fields for my wedding were phenomenal. The big showy dahlia blooms in the buckets were the size of my head, and every flower from the buckets and design pieces were of the highest quality. My bouquet was the perfect balance of elegance and whimsy, exactly matching what Sarah and I discussed in our initial calls. She was able to accommodate changing the attachment method of my husband's boutonniere from pin-on to a magnet. And when I inquired about floral preservation, Sarah was able to point me in the right direction, including with a local business. I am exceptionally happy.

Lazy Acres Farm did the flowers for my wedding and they were absolultey amazing! They created a piece that was hung on our birch arch, and it was beautiful! They also created the most gorgeous bouquet for me filled with bright and colorful wildflowers. We used buckets of flowers from them to create the centerpieces and received so many compliments on them from guests. Would highly recommend them if you need a florist for your wedding!

We got buckets of "whatever is in bloom" for our fall 2022 wedding. Sarah was kind, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. The flowers were probably the most complimented thing at the wedding. Everyone gushed over the dinner-plate daliahs. By pure coincidence, we got just enough of them to put one in each of the bridal bouquets. Absolutely perfect! (Picture by Molly Haley)

I attended a dried flower wreath workshop. It was so much fun! Our instructor, Sarah, was very patient and gave advice without telling us what to use in order to make the wreaths our own creations. An unexpected surprise was the individual box of snacks she provided to each attendee and the amazing hot mulled cider. I would definitely attend another workshop!
